“We” obviously have a very different definition of who “we” are. “We” may be able to shift what defines our scope of work. But the UBI proposal is a non-starter. It suggests “they” should expropriate what “we” labor to create and then redistribute to “them”. This all means literally nothing… You believe “we” should give up our liberty to a small elite group of power brokers and they will figure out the rest. Again, history and context.
Markets allocate resources, and labor is arguably the most precious of those resources. You cant tug on that string without unweaving the entire quilt.
