We could do what Brazil does and create a thirteen month year. They just force employers to “give” everyone and extra check each December. They also force employers to provide “food” and a bunch of other things to “make life easier for the working class”. Granted, the last time I was down there, the news headline read “84% percent of the Brazilian labor force works on the black market”, but you know, at least that 16% is getting all of the perks!

Enforcing these types of policies is completely absurd.
