We are not living in a “simulation”… We are creating rudimentary simulations that mimic nature and then projecting those creations onto nature.

We are building machines that replicate very small parts of nature. We then look at what we have built, and apply the same logic of the simulation onto nature, putting the cart before horse, suggesting that nature may mimic what we built when in fact all we did was simulate nature inadvertently.
