There isn’t ever going to be some global realization that “love conquers all”. Societies will ALWAYS need to be formed in a way that protects the minority from the tyranny of the majority and the evils of man more generally. Evil is a natural phenomenon, people are born that way. You can socialize some of it away, but never all of it. We need systems designed in reality, not your kumbaya utopian la-la-land. Sorry.
